Brief Introduction of Mixed Plastic Runway.
Mixed plastic runway, also known as traditional bubbles, has a flat and compact structure. Mixed plastic runway is commonly used in professional competition venues. It is a common type of middle and high-grade track and field stadium. Because of its superior physical properties and good appearance quality, it has been recognized by many users. Our company adopts high mixed runway. The two-component mixed runway paving material with good quality and environmental protection can be used for up to 15 years. Because of its excellent physical properties and good appearance quality, it has been recognized by many users. Rubber runway base is divided into cement concrete foundation and asphalt concrete foundation. The smoothness is within 3 meters, the difference between height and height is not more than 3 mm, the pass rate of smoothness is more than 90%, and the inclination is between 3% and 8%. Cement concrete foundation has high strength and simple construction, but it needs to deal with waterproof and expansion joints. Requirements for Foundation of Mixed Plastic Runway.
Asphalt foundation is recommended for mixed runway, which requires certain strength and stability. Cracks and uneven frost heave caused by freezing cannot occur or will occur. In the frozen area, it is better to add a geotextile buffer layer between the asphalt layer and the gravel layer. The foundation of saltwater trench should be treated with special waterproofing. The thickness of asphalt layer is generally required to be 5 cm coarse asphalt and 3 cm fine asphalt. The smoothness of asphalt layer requires that the error of 3 m ruler is not more than 3 mm. The slope of surface should be 6%-10% from the outer edge of runway to the edge (drainage ditch). It is suggested that 8% should be achieved. After compaction, the density of foundation is over 95%, the compactness of graded gravel layer of subgrade is over 2.3 kg/kg, the depth of heavy rolling wheel track is not more than 5 mm, the surface is flat and solid without sand pit, and plum blossom phenomenon. The compactness of the gravel layer at the base level is over 2.3 kg/kg, and the gravel layer is over 2.14 kg/kg. The surface is firm and smooth, the voids are uniform, and there is no obvious trace of heavy rolling. The compactness of black macadam layer of asphalt concrete is over 97%, the dry capacity is over 2.35 kg/kg, and there is no oil pollution on the surface.No asphalt block without stirring, flat and crack-free.
Construction Technology of Mixed Plastic Runway Mixed plastic runway is laid by three-step construction method.
