Acrylic coating is a patented hard acrylic paving material of our company. The main resin is composed of high-hardness and dye-resistant Acrylate Emulsion polymer and hydrophobic nano-silica fibres, pigments and fillers, and Other additives. It is mixed with cement and quartz to scrape/spray for acrylic. Transportation of new and old cement or asphalt foundations. Different hardness and slip resistance layers can be obtained by mixing different proportion of moving floor with cement/quartz sand.

Base surface Treatment
The foundation of cement floor is polished with a water mill and cleaned up after being completely polished.
Base surface pickling
First wet the ground with clean water, then acid wash the ground with dilute hydrochloric acid of about 5-8% concentration, then rinse it with clean water, then air it until it is dry enough to carry out the construction of acrylic surface process.
The thickness of acrylic floor (2-3 times) is about 0.8-1 mm

Characteristics of Composite Plastic Runway

⇒ The cost of composite runway is about 15% lower than that of mixed plastic runway.
⇒ The upper layer of the composite runway is PU particles or EPDM weather-resistant and environmental-friendly colour particles, and the water-permeable polyurethane is sealed. The lower layer is cushioned by mechanical construction.
⇒ Because of its good surface drainage function, the rain and snow in the alpine region can not enter the elastic layer of the plastic runway. Once the climate warms up, the ice and snow melt on the surface of the composite traditional runway, and the natural drainage through the runway slope has no adverse effect on the runway.
⇒ Composite plastic runway is generally suitable for cement concrete foundation, and the surface layer requires mixed type. Dayal composite plastic runway meets the national standard, mechanical paving, mechanical spraying, excellent smoothness, no threshing phenomenon, and improves the grade of surface layer with porosity, permeability, air permeability and elasticity. ⇒ Composite plastic runway can be used all day long. It has good wear resistance, weatherability, compression resistance, durability and economical price.

Construction

Mix evenly with an electric mixer and pour it into the construction site until scraping or rolling construction. It is better to use a short wool drum to roll back once before scraping and after scraping. The effect is better. Construction

Surface layer

Dayal Brand Line Paint is a pure acrylic liquid paint specially designed for the line surface of acrylic court competition. It has saturated color. The color is generally white and yellow. In addition, it can be customized for other colors.

Texture layer

One or two layers of sand-free Yibangli color acrylic acid were used to form a layer of anti-ultraviolet, all-weather and anti-ultraviolet coating.

Reinforcement layer

Two-layer design with waterproof function is used in cement concrete foundation and asphalt concrete foundation.

Elastic Layer

Introduction of Elastic Acrylic Flooring

Elastic acrylic acid is one of the designated tennis court layer materials (acrylic acid, pasture, laterite court) of the International Tennis Federation (ITF). Compared with pasture and laterite court, elastic acrylic acid has more obvious advantages in the global use. Now the acrylic surface tennis court is the main one in the major global competitions. Due to the stable performance of acrylic surface material and relatively low construction cost, it is widely used in basketball, tennis, Badminton and other sports venues.

Construction process of elastic acrylic Flooring

Basic Inspection and Treatment Check the flatness, compactness and gradient of the foundation. Remove soil and debris from foundation surface and surrounding crevices. Clean up dirt and oil stains on the base surface. Mechanical polishing and levelling are used for individual super-high parts of foundation, and repairing and levelling are carried out for local depression parts of foundation. If the old site is renovated, the damaged surface should be thoroughly eradicated after entering the site, and then repaired with similar materials, V-grooves are opened at the cracks, and special repair glue is poured to reinforce and levelling.

Pickling or grinding

Wet the floor with clean water, wash the floor with about 8% dilute hydrochloric acid, and then rinse it with clean water.

Primer

Roll the primer evenly on the base surface. The amount depends on the strength of the field. The general amount is about 0.078KG/M2. The next step of construction can be carried out after the primer is dried and solidified.

Caulking

When the primer solidifies, squeeze it into the temperature joint with compressible foamed cotton. Make sure that the temperature joint is sealed and filled without protrusion. Mix it with sealant in proportion and scrape it in two to three times.

Replenishment of stagnant water

Mix 80-100 meshes of sand (1:1) evenly with cement levelling and find the seeper. After levelling, it is required that the seeper should not exceed 3 mm within 30 minutes after rain.

Scraping leveling layer

After mixing 80-100 meshes of sand (1; 1) with cement levelling, scrape and smear one piece with scraper.

Scraping Elastic Layer

Use (elastic material): No. 325 cement = 25:1.5 (water can be added to adjust construction consistency). Scrape on the base surface with a flat scraper. The thickness of each scrape can not exceed 1-2 mm. Dry solidification before the scrape time interval of no scrape shall prevail (usually 8 hours per month, depending on the weather conditions on the spot), until the scrape reaches the required thickness. After the elastic layer is dried and solidified, the rough surface is repaired by a grinder and then the reinforced layer is scraped.

Scratched Leveling Layer

Use cement levelling agent: sand = 1:0.5-0.8 (water can be added to adjust construction consistency) to scrape together with a flat scraper, after scraping, the surface should be smooth and smooth.

Acrylic acid

quartz sand = 1:0.8 (construction consistency can be adjusted by adding water). Scrape once with a flat scraper. After the first coat is dried and solidified, roll the second coat with a proper amount of water (without quartz sand).
